What do I need to rent?+
A valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, a credit card on file for the refundable deposit, and a tow vehicle in good working condition with the ability to tow.
What's included with each trailer?+
Every trailer goes out fully equipped and ready to work — tools, straps, ramps, and a winch where applicable — so you're set the moment you hook up.
Where do I pick up and drop off?+
Pickup and drop-off are in Edgewood, NM, serving the East Mountains and greater Albuquerque area. The exact pickup location is confirmed with your booking.
Do you offer same-day or weekend rentals?+
Yes — we offer same-day rentals and we're open weekends. If you have a tight timeline, call (505) 490-4929 and we'll do our best to make it work.
How does the deposit work?+
A refundable deposit is held on your card and returned when the trailer comes back with no missing equipment or new damage. A booking fee applies and is shown in your total before you confirm.
Do you also haul loads for customers?+
We do. Beyond trailer rentals, Load Runner offers hauling service for customers who need a load moved rather than a trailer to tow themselves — call (505) 490-4929 to arrange it.
